The short version
Paddy Systems builds local-first developer tools. Where a product is designed to run on your machine and your network, the work it handles stays there by default.
Paddy Systems collects personal information only where it is needed to provide something you have asked for, and says so where that applies.
Information Paddy Systems holds
Where you contact Paddy Systems by email, the contents of that correspondence are held so a reply can be sent and a record kept of what was discussed.
Where a Paddy Systems Account is used, the information needed to operate that account is held.
Product data
Relay Local operates over your local network between your development machine and your own device. It does not require a Paddy Systems Account.
Mirror's planned Local V1 is designed so that references, captures and reports stay local by default. Mirror Cloud is explicitly upcoming and is not in use today.
Logging
Diagnostic information is kept to what is useful for operating and improving Paddy Systems products. Sensitive data is excluded from logs that do not need it.
Your rights
You can ask what personal information Paddy Systems holds about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Write to privacy@paddy.systems and you will get a response.
Changes
If this notice changes in a way that matters, the change will be described rather than quietly replacing the text.
