These terms govern your use of paddy.systems. They are not the terms of any engagement — client work is governed by a separate signed statement of work and contract.

Content on this site is provided for general information. It does not constitute professional advice, and nothing on it forms an offer or a binding quotation. Prices shown are indicative starting points; the price for your project is the one in your statement of work.
Intellectual property
All content on this site is © Paddy Systems LTD unless stated otherwise. You may quote or link to it with attribution. You may not republish it wholesale.
Client portal
Portal access is provided to current and former clients. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account. Tell me immediately if you think an account has been compromised. Access may be suspended where there is a security concern or where an account is no longer authorised.
Availability
The site is provided as-is. I aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the marketing site. Availability commitments for client systems, where they exist, are set out in the relevant statement of work.
Liability
Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Subject to that, Paddy Systems LTD is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
